Doing DaVinci

Discovery Channel recently began airing its newest hit series, Doing DaVinci. The Doing DaVinci team takes some of the revolutionary designs of Leonardo da Vinci and constructs them. These designs were, without doubt, far beyond their time and it's definitely interesting to see these fascinating machines come to life. Interestingly, there is no record of these machines having ever been constructed before now.

So what does Festool have to do with all of this? Faced with the challenges of precision engineering, building machines which have never before been built, the Doing DaVinci team can be seen using many of our power tools including the TS plunge saw and guide rail system, Rotex sander, Kapex SCMS, and Trion jigsaw. The obvious choice of professionals, Festool offers the ease of use, durability and accuracy required to fashion these remarkable and advanced weapons of destruction for their day.

Visit the Discovery channel website for more information on Doing Davinci and view video excerpts from previous episodes. Doing DaVinci airs Mondays at 10pm EST. Check your local listings for upcoming shows and reruns if you've missed the first several episodes.
